SALES REPRESENTATIVE (ASSISTANT)

We are looking for hyperactive, social, outgoing, productive, sales experts; with professional, respectful, alert, and excellent communication practice. We provide training to those determined to learn. It is not mandatory to be bilingual but it is a big plus when working with tourist/locales.

WE HIRE BOTH MALES AND FEMALES.

IMPULSOR DE VENTAS (ASISTENTE)

Buscamos personas hiperactivas, sociales, extrovertidas, productivas, expertos en ventas; dentro de profesional, respetuoso, alerta, y con excelente practica de comunicación. Proveemos entrenamiento al ser determinado a aprender. No es obligatorio ser bilingüe pero ayuda en su totalidad. 

CONTRATAMOS AMBOS MASCULINOS Y FEMENINOS.

He have 3 kiosks where we sell all kinds of handmade items as well as souvenirs. We have a stand for hair braiding and henna. We are always hiring Hair Braiders and Henna Artists as we offer hotel visits as well and its a great way to spread the news about our staff. *Tips are allowed

We also deliver orders on the beach and offer flyers to everyone in order to inform about our kiosks and services. *Tips are  allowed

We do not have a strict dress code. We want everyone comfortable enough to work at their best level. Given we are on the beach, normally all of the staff wear a bathing suit but it is not mandatory. 

Our small business reached 7 years and we are aware of all the sales goals possible. We assign sales goals to motivate and insure that everyone is doing their assigned job. We like to involve challenges in a game style to push efforts and reward with bonuses!
